These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the newpick platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, account features, and promotional offers. By registering an account or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every clause set out below. Please review this document carefully before participating.
What These Terms Cover
Player Eligibility
Only players aged 18 and above who are not subject to any legal restriction on online gambling may hold an account with newpick. Age verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed.
Financial Conduct

Prohibited Activities

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are written in English and are the sole legally binding version of this agreement. In any dispute, the English-language text of this document shall prevail over any translated or paraphrased version.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the newpick platform, including visitors who browse without registering, registered account holders who have not yet deposited, and active players who place bets or participate in casino games. Your continued use of the Platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and newpick. Where any conflict exists between these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence.
newpick reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate access to any part of the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that a user is in breach of these Terms or that continued access poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other players.
2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to newpick is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout their use of the Platform:
- You are at least 18 years of age. This is an absolute requirement with no exceptions. newpick takes underage gambling extremely seriously and employs age verification processes to enforce this restriction.
- You are using the Platform on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a current employee of newpick or any of its affiliated game providers.
- You have not previously been self-excluded from newpick or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.
- You are not registering or depositing using funds that originate from illegal activity.
newpick reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts suspected of being operated by individuals under the age of 18 will be suspended immediately. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the original payment source after deducting any winnings generated during the period of underage use, which will be forfeited.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to make use of device-level parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling content. newpick cannot be held responsible for the actions of minors who access the Platform using an adult's registered account.
3. Account Registration
To place bets or access real-money casino games on newpick, you must first register an account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number associated with your preferred payment method (such as bKash or Nagad).
3.1 One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account with newpick. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same personal details or variations thereof — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them. 3.2 Account Verification (KYC)
newpick applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify the identity of all players before their first withdrawal is processed. Verification may require the submission of one or more of the following documents:

- Proof of address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement)

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until the required documents are received and approved. newpick processes KYC submissions within 2 business days under normal operating conditions.
3.3 Account Information Accuracy
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date. Any changes to your registered mobile number, email address, or residential address must be reported to our support team promptly. newpick cannot be held liable for any loss arising from outdated account information, including missed withdrawal confirmations or failed deposit notifications.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
newpick supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform does not apply currency conversion fees on any supported payment method.
4.1 Deposit Rules
- Minimum deposit: ৳100 per transaction for mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
- Maximum deposit: Maximum single-transaction and daily deposit limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account dashboard.
- Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
- Card deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take up to 15 minutes to reflect in your account depending on your issuing bank's processing times.
- newpick does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The name on your payment method must match the name on your registered account. Deposits originating from unverified or mismatched sources may be reversed.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible.
- KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request can be approved. Accounts that have not completed identity verification will have withdrawal functionality suspended until documents are submitted and reviewed.
- Withdrawal requests submitted before 18:00 BST (UTC+6) on any calendar day are typically processed within the same business day. Requests submitted after this time are processed on the following business day.
- newpick reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks to withdrawal requests above ৳50,000, which may extend processing times by up to 3 additional business days while the review is completed.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only funds that have satisfied the applicable wagering requirements as stated in the relevant promotional terms are eligible for withdrawal.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
newpick offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, weekly reload offers, free spins, and seasonal campaigns tied to events such as Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, and the BPL cricket season. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise.
- All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier is stated in each individual promotion's terms page.
- Bonuses are valid for a limited time period from the date of issue. Unused bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
- Only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time. Opting into a new promotion while a previous bonus is still active may cancel the existing bonus.
- newpick reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled while a player is in the process of fulfilling wagering requirements, the player will be given a reasonable period to complete those requirements before the bonus is removed.
- Bonuses are offered for entertainment purposes only. They do not represent a guaranteed financial benefit and should not be used as a basis for making deposit decisions.
- Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-variance betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or coordinated play between accounts — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

Each game operates according to its own published rules and return-to-player (RTP) percentage.

6.1 Technical Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or server error during a game session, newpick will endeavour to restore the session to its last valid state. If this is not technically possible, the affected bet may be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's account balance. newpick does not guarantee uninterrupted access to any game and is not liable for losses arising from technical interruptions beyond our reasonable control, including mobile network outages, electricity supply failures, or third-party server downtime.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly forbidden on newpick. Engaging in any of the actions listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance held, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:
- Multi-accounting: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one player account.
- Identity fraud: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification, or using another person's identity or payment details.
- Collusion: Coordinating bets or game play with other players on newpick in a manner designed to gain an unfair advantage.
- Arbitrage and matched betting abuse: Using promotional bonuses in a systematic way designed solely to extract value without genuine recreational betting intent, in a manner that constitutes abuse of the promotional system.
- Automated betting software: Using bots, scripts, AI-driven betting tools, or any other automated system to place bets or interact with the Platform in place of a real human player.
- Money laundering: Using newpick as a vehicle to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. newpick complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards and will report suspicious transactions as required.
- Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting pricing errors, software bugs, or system malfunctions to gain an advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known error will be voided.
- Chargeback abuse: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or mobile financial service provider after placing bets with those deposited funds. Any account found to have filed a fraudulent chargeback will be permanently closed and the matter referred to the payment provider.
8. Account Suspension & Closure
newpick reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
- Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct
- Account activity that triggers AML review thresholds
- Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder
- Court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request
Where an account is closed due to a player's own breach of these Terms, newpick may withhold some or all of the balance pending investigation. Where closure is initiated voluntarily by the player or as a result of a self-exclusion request, the verified account balance at the time of closure (excluding any bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's designated withdrawal method within 5 business days.
8.1 Voluntary Account Closure
Players who wish to close their account for any reason — including as a responsible gambling measure — may do so by contacting our support team at support@newpick with the subject line "Account Closure Request". We will process the request within 1 business day and confirm closure by email. Any remaining eligible balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days of closure confirmation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, newpick's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from or related to these Terms, the Platform, or any game outcome shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
newpick shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any financial loss arising from reliance on the Platform's continued availability. This limitation applies regardless of whether newpick has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, reliable service, newpick does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use the Platform entirely at their own risk.
10. Amendments to These Terms
newpick reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account, and will display a prominent notice on the Platform for a period of at least 7 days before the new Terms take effect.
If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must notify us at support@newpick and cease using the Platform before the effective date of the change. Continued use of newpick after the effective date of any amendment will be treated as unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.
